| Graduated from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR with a B.A. in Communication. Shortly after went to work for Platt Electric Supply in Beaverton working in their Human Resources and Training department before being promoted into the Management Training program in 2001. In 2002 was hired on by Cummins Northwest to fill an open Human Resources position and was later given the responsibility of being the liaison to all the Diesel and Power Generation schools and public colleges for recruiting purposes. Currently sits on the diesel advisory committee's of Portland Community College, Clark College (Vancouver, WA), Lower Columbia College (Longview, WA), Clark County Skills Center Diesel, Universal Technical Institute (Phoenix, AZ) and Wyotech (Laramie, WY). Is currently Recruiting Technicial positions for Halton (Caterpillar) Company. | ||

| Graduated Universal Technical Institute, Phoenix AZ. Worked for Halton Co. the Caterpillar Dealer in Portland OR for 23 years as a Technician, Trainer and Training Manager. Pat has worked with the local community colleges to help them stay current to provide the best education possible. He has also sat on the advisory boards for the local community colleges and several trade schools. Pat has been and is still is involved in the recruitment of technicians with Halton and in his role as a Product Trainer / Course Developer for Pacific Power Products in Ridgefield WA. | ||
