A Message From the Northwest Diesel Industry Council Board

With demand for trained technicians at an all time high, we are dedicated individually and as a group to bring this awareness into view. Please read our stories and see how we each started on our paths to a career in the Diesel Industry.

Graduated Universal Technical Institute, Phoenix AZ. Worked for Halton Co. the Caterpillar Dealer in Portland OR for 23 years as a Technician, Trainer and Training Manager. Pat has worked with the local community colleges to help them stay current to provide the best education possible. He has also sat on the advisory boards for the local community colleges and several trade schools. Pat has been and is still is involved in the recruitment of technicians with Halton and in his role as a Product Trainer / Course Developer for Pacific Power Products in Ridgefield WA.
