I repair customer machines and pre-deliver new machines to the customer's specifications. Every day is a learning experience. Likes: I like learning new things, the people are great, and I'm having fun working! I think that there is a great opportunity here at The Halton Company and I'm excited to be a part of it. Wages and Benefits: I started at $13.83 now 16.60 in just over a year. I've received all sorts of training and I'm scheduled for more. Personal: I bought a new truck and a motorcycle, I'm contributing to my retirement in a 401K. |

I schedule the technicians and insure the job gets done. Likes: I like the challenge and the fast paced environment of the shop. I like working with the customers and the variety of the job. Wages and Benefits: I started at $10.75 and I am now making $22.50. I have been through all of Caterpillar classes for truck engines. I attend a course especially for Lead-men. Personal: Since I started my job I have became financially stable. I purchased a home. I'm getting married. This is all possible because of the schooling and on the job training I have received. |
